In September 04-05, 2019 the deputy head of IRTcentre visited National Emergency, Crisis and Disasters Management Authority (NCEMA) in the United Arab Emirates. During two days Andrei Kaminski gave lectures to officers from different UAE ministries and entities. The lectures were devoted to Belarusian Experience in the field of Emergencies and Crisis Management.
