On June 23,2022, IRTcentre hosted the delegations of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Russia headed by Alexey Serko – the State Secretary, the Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters and the Ministry for Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan headed by Urmatbek Shamyrkanov – the Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On October 21, 2020, Charge d'Affaires of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Belarus Meshaal Al-Attya visited and got acquainted with the activities of IRTcentre. The quest expressed his intentions to continue cooperation, which was carried out with Qatar representatives in 2011-2013. Also, the guest left an entry in the IRTcentre Book of Honorary Guests.

From June 21 to 24, 2022, IRTcentre was visited by Leonid Viktorovich Efimovich - the head of the Federal State Institution "Privolzhsky Regional Search and Rescue Team" of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation. The guest carried out an audit of the team participation at the open rescuers all-around championship of the BFSO "Dynamo".

On February 12, 2020, at the IRTcentre base, a working meeting was held between the head of the University and Krzysztof Pature – the president of the International Center for Chemical Safety and Protection and Vera Tikhonovich - project manager. The issue of submitting was an application from the University to participate in a project aimed at improving preparedness and response to natural disasters and chemical accidents that simultaneously affect participating countries, through a series of exercises to test and strengthen national capacities, use the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism and international cooperation (working title EU-CHEM-REACT 3), financed by the European Union and on the issue of training specialists (rescuers) from EU countries based on IRTcentre. 

On 27 October 2021, a delegation from the Federal Fire Service of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, led by the controller general LIMAN Ibrahim Alhaji and his deputies, as well as AZE Ameka Kennedi – the executive director of “Primeclass Consult Ltd” and ADZO Charles - executive director of “Enhanced-Entrepreneurs Belarus Nigeria Ltd” visited the IRTcentre.

On 06 February, 2020 the IRTcentre hosted a delegation from Defense Solutions of Saudi Arabia. Among the representatives were: Osama Al Qusayer - Director General, Osama Abualgait - Deputy Director General and Renault Domenico - Advisor to the Director General. The guests got acquainted with the educational and related services of the IRT center, as well as its educational and material base. Sports arena caused the greatest interest since they are planning to construct a similar facility.

In December 18, 2019 Peter Glerum – the expert from consultancy company NIRAS visited IRTcentre within the framework of Prevention, Preparedness and Response to Natural and Man-made Disasters in the Eastern Partnership Countries programme (PPRD East 2). The expert was shown the training ground for rescuers and fire-fighters, during the visit possible ways of cooperation were discussed.

On 25 September, 2019 the IRTcentre received delegation from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Among the representatives were: Manuel Bessler - Head of the Humanitarian Aid Corps; Dietrich Dreyer - Advisor; Roland Ballin - Head of Administration and International Relations, Federal Office of Civil Protection; Anna Leonardi - Head of the radiological department of the National Center for Emergency Operations. During the visit the SDC representatives saw successful implementation of their project – to create International Rescuers Training Centre in Belarus.
