From June 29 to July 02, 2020, the program "Response to incidents with the usage of chemical, radioactive and biological substances" was conducted for Government officials of the Republic of Colombia in a distance training mode based on the International Rescuers Training Centre (IRTcentre).
The training was organized jointly with the Fundación Internacional de Cooperación of Colombia and the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Ecuador with the participation of Ambassador Nikolai Leonidovich Ovsyanko. Training conducted in Spanish. The translation provided by the 1st Secretary of the Embassy of Urbanovich Pavel Anatolievich. In addition to Colombia, representatives of Ecuador, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica, and Mexico took part in the course.
