From 25 to 29 October 2021, the Jordan representatives of the Directorate General of Civil Protection completed a refresher course in the Management of fire and rescue incidents.

12 officers practically worked out their skills in conditions as real as possible: unsuitable of breathing air, extremely high temperature, unexpected surroundings, invisible area; extinguishing fires at oil and gas storage facilities; conducting rescue operations in earthquake zones; and transport rescue operations on the IRTcentre’s fire and rescuing training aria.

Field exercises were organized at the ZUBR Republican Special Forces and the State Aviation Rescue Institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus as part of the exercise.

The Jordan trainees were offered a sightseeing tour of the Patriotic War of 1812, excursions to the Republican Safety Education Centre of the Ministry for Emergency Situations and the Museum of Fire and Rescue Services MEC Belarus, as well as tours of Borisov and Minsk.

A total of 642 Jordanian representatives have been trained at the IRTcentre since 2010.IMG 2537
