Visit 18.12.19
In December 18, 2019 Peter Glerum – the expert from consultancy company NIRAS visited IRTcentre within the framework of Prevention, Preparedness and Response to Natural and Man-made Disasters in the Eastern Partnership Countries programme (PPRD East 2). The expert was shown the training ground for rescuers and fire-fighters, during the visit possible ways of cooperation were discussed.
Delegation from Nigeria
On March 10, 2021, a 6-person delegation of the Federal Fire Service of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, headed by the Controller General of the Federal Fire Service LIMAN Ibrahim Alhaji, visited IRTcentre.
Visit from Switzerland
On 25 September, 2019 the IRTcentre received delegation from Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Among the representatives were: Manuel Bessler - Head of the Humanitarian Aid Corps; Dietrich Dreyer - Advisor; Roland Ballin - Head of Administration and International Relations, Federal Office of Civil Protection; Anna Leonardi - Head of the radiological department of the National Center for Emergency Operations. During the visit the SDC representatives saw successful implementation of their project – to create International Rescuers Training Centre in Belarus.

Оn November 05, 2020, a delegation of the National Fire Service of the Republic of Ghana visited IRTcentre.
Visit from Poland
On September 12, 2019 a delegation of International Centre for Chemical Safety and Security of the Republic of Poland visited the IRTcentre. The main purpose of the visit was to discuss the program of joint command and staff exercises on the EU-CHEM-REACT 2 project at the IRTcentre in October,2019. During the visit the guests got acquainted with the educational capabilities of IRTcentre and announced their intention for joint research and project activities with the IRTcentre professional staff.
Visit from Qatar
On October 21, 2020, Charge d'Affaires of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Belarus Meshaal Al-Attya visited and got acquainted with the activities of IRTcentre. The quest expressed his intentions to continue cooperation, which was carried out with Qatar representatives in 2011-2013. Also, the guest left an entry in the IRTcentre Book of Honorary Guests.
Visit from Germany
The voluntary fire service of the city of Esslingen-on-Neckar of the Federal Republic of Germany is ready to send its representatives to study at the IRTcentre. Such opinion was expressed by Thomas Kroll – the head of the fire department of the city, visiting the IRTcentre together with his colleagues. The visitors were impressed by the training facilities of the university and the personnel’s experience of training in the field of emergencies on natural and man-made disasters.
Visit from Finland

On August 24, 2020, the representatives of the twinning project “Strengthening the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus” visited the International Rescuers Training Center (IRTcentre).
Visit from Vietnam
On July 04, 2019 representatives from the Institute of Mechanics of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) professor Bui Dinh Tri, professor Nguyen Tien Кhiem and doctor Tran Thanh Hai visited the IRTcentre.
Visit from Poland

On February 12, 2020, at the IRTcentre base, a working meeting was held between the head of the University and Krzysztof Pature – the president of the International Center for Chemical Safety and Protection and Vera Tikhonovich - project manager. The issue of submitting was an application from the University to participate in a project aimed at improving preparedness and response to natural disasters and chemical accidents that simultaneously affect participating countries, through a series of exercises to test and strengthen national capacities, use the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism and international cooperation (working title EU-CHEM-REACT 3), financed by the European Union and on the issue of training specialists (rescuers) from EU countries based on IRTcentre.
Czech visit
In May 17, 2019 the IRTcentre hosted delegation from Vysochina region of the Czech Republic represented by the head of Vysochina Fire Service and the head of the Volunteer Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic. The guests took part in the International championship on fire-fighting sport among juniors. The Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus is going to sign a memorandum on mutual cooperation between fire-fighting services of Belarus and Check Republic.
Visit from Saudi Arabia
On 06 February, 2020 the IRTcentre hosted a delegation from Defense Solutions of Saudi Arabia. Among the representatives were: Osama Al Qusayer - Director General, Osama Abualgait - Deputy Director General and Renault Domenico - Advisor to the Director General. The guests got acquainted with the educational and related services of the IRT center, as well as its educational and material base. Sports arena caused the greatest interest since they are planning to construct a similar facility.
Visit from Jordan

In March 23-27, 2019 a delegation from the General Directorate of Jordan Civil Defense visited the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic Belarus. The partners from Jordan discussed with the trainers from the University and IRTcentre requirements and details on the new program for training of Jordan officers in Belarus: “Rescue, fire-fighting, first aid”. The new program is intended for trainers. This year Jordan Civil Defense is going to send 144 officers for qualification upgrading at the IRTcentre. The first group of trainees is going to come in April.

In January 03-04, 2020 a delegation from United Security Technologies, LLC from Moscow, the Russian Federation, visited IRTcentre. The guests got acquainted in details with the educational opportunities and training area of IRTcentre.

On 15 March, 2019 the IRTcentre hosted delegation from the Ministry for Emergency Situationы of the Russian Federation and its Centre for highly dangerous rescue work “Leader”. The quests got a full view about the training facilities and educational activities of the IRTcentre. Possible ways of cooperation were discussed during the visit.
