Strengthening of international contacts, available positive experience in the field of foreign specialists training and also dynamically developing of training and material base allow the IRTcentre to keep the status of CIS-countries basic organization on training in the field of emergencies prevention and response according to the decision of CIS-countries Heads Council from May, 25, 2007.
Since 2003, about 7 000 foreign specialists have been trained at the IRTcentre. They were from 71 countries, namely: Azerbaijan, Algeria, Armenia, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Congо, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, France, Germany, Georgia, Ghana, Honduras, Hungary, Jordan, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Mali, Malaysia, Moldova, Mongolia, Nigeria, Norway, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Peru, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Spain, Sudan, Tajikistan, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Turin, UAE, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, USA, Vietnam, Zimbabwe.
