The International Rescuer-firefighters Training Centre (IRTcentre) offers training of personnel in the field of civil protection, chemical, radiation safety, fire and technosphere security, prevention and elimination of fires and other emergencies of a natural and man-made nature. Since 2003, the IRTcentre has been successfully conducting practice-oriented training in short-term courses for foreign specialists. Over the past few years, more than 7100 specialists from 71 countries have undergone various training and refresher courses and participated in field exercises in recent years. The IRTcentre promotes global cooperation and exchange.
