Strengthening of international relations and positive experience in the foreign specialists training, as well as dynamically developing educational, material and sports facilities allow to the IRTcentre to maintain existing status of the Basic Training Organization of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in the sphere of emergencies prevention and response.
Every year, representatives of the fire rescue units of the CIS member countries are trained on the basis of the IRTcentre.
The latest example of cooperation:From September 11 to 29, 2023, 3 representatives of Aktau International Airport successfully completed training on program «Rescue and firefighting operations on aircrafts and civil aviation facilities (in accordance with standards and recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization)». The training was organized in combined training method: from September 11 to 15 Kazakhstan specialists got training online; from September 25 to 29 the practical part of the training took place on the basis of the Aviation Training Center "Standard Transit" Atyrau. The practice-orient training in Atyrau was conducted under the guidance of a lieutenant colonel of the internal service Dmitry Siminsky - senior lecturer of the Department of Special Training IRTcentre.
