On June 14, 2024, as part of a visit to the Republic of Belarus, a delegation from the National Defense University of the Republic of Zimbabwe, headed by Vice-Rector of the National Defense University, Air Vice Marshal MICHAEL T. MOYO, visited the IRTcentre.
The delegation included 7 employees of the National Defense University of Zimbabwe, 1 representative of the Embassy of Zimbabwe in Belarus and 17 university students, including 1 citizen of Nigeria, 1 from South Africa, 1 from Botswana. The guests were accompanied by representatives of the Department of International Military Cooperation of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Belarus, headed by Chief Major General REVENKO Valery Alexandrovich, as well as Colonel Ivan Vasilyevich KHRAPUNENKO and Lieutenant Evgeny Gennadievich SHIFMAN. The head of the IRTcentre, Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service Vitaly E. BABICH, Deputy Head of the IRTcentre, Colonel of the Internal Service Andrey V. KORUSKEVICH and Senior Inspector of the International Cooperation Sector of the University, Lieutenant of the Internal Service Pavel I. BOGOMAZOV, acquainted the guests with the material and technical, educational and laboratory facilities and educational and related services of the IRTcentre. During the visit, possible prospects for cooperation were discussed.
