From 17 to 28 January 2022, at the IRTcentre six representatives of the international airports of the Republic of Uzbekistan attended advanced training on the program "Search, Rescue and Fire-fighting Support of Flights".
At the IRTcentre training ground the trainees worked out skills on rescue actions during aircraft emergencies: on-board aircraft rescue equipment and methods of its application, organization and tactics of fire extinguishing of aircraft power units, organization and tactics of fire extinguishing of spilled jet fuel, and aircraft landing bodies, organization and tactics of fire extinguishing inside the fuselage of aircraft, fire extinguishing and rescue operations in-tank parks of HFL and GS, the technology of emergency-rescue tools application.
During the training, the trainees attended field exercises at the Minsk National Airport and the State Aviation Rescue Institution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus.
The cultural program comprised the excursion to the places of the Patriotic War of 1812, sightseeing tours and visiting of Borisov and Minsk, excursions to the State Museum of the Great Patriotic War History, the State Memorial Complex "Khatyn" and the National Library of Belarus.
A total of 63 representatives of Uzbekistan have been trained at the IRTcentre.
